…showed last 75 words of 542 total…in the method was that the beads of immobilised enzymes were allowed time to settle to the bottom of the syringe, meaning not al the enzymes could come in contact with the substrates. This would affect the results as not as many enzyme-substrate complex' will be formed as there should have been. To solve this problem he syringes should be agitated every 5 minutes. These three improvements should yield much more reliable results than previously extrapolated.
