The second question you would solve by putting the distance over the time which would give you 9.8 m/s. Finally the acceleration value would be solved by subtracting Vo from Vf and then dividing by t. Vo=19.6m/s Vf=0m/s and t=2 seconds which gives you -9.8 m/s^2.
