>From my own experiences of being an athlete I believe there are three key words that every person should follow by everyday; heart, passion, and desire. If an individual possesses these three words in their actions, life will be more enriching. In this paper I have written and elaborated on my coaching philosophies. I feel these guidelines are crucial to coaching individuals to be successful academically and athletically.

important. A coach gets new athletes every year while old athletes have left the program. Athletes are changing along with the way things are done in some sports.
These ten philosophies that I have stated and talked about above are very important in coaching. Through my own experiences when I was an athlete, having a fun, positive, and caring coach makes such an important factor in the success and growth of an athlete.
