I also find this an invasion of the fundamental fairness doctrine, which states: the principle that states procedures cannot violate basic standards of ordered liberty. I find the scenario of this above-mentioned situation to have some of the same meaning as in planned (Parenthood v. Casey). The obligation is to define the liberty of all, not to mandate the judge's own moral codes.
