Americans and officials engrossed in what was good for them and their country failed to see the great horror that Hitler and his killing machine created. Action was taken far too late to end the needless killing of Jews and other minorities and not until the facts were laid out in front were the machines deadly efficiency and cruelty understood.

its state with Japan the fact cannot be over looked that the Jewish religion was neglected for the cruelest part of the war. But this is the only time in history that such a mass number of people have been annihilated for no needful reason so the fault largely remains on Germany and mainly Hitler. However, once America learned of this atrocity little was done, so inactivity partially involved Americans in the killing of HUMANS.
