Overall, Jacksonians did honestly attempt to help common Americans. While doing so, their eyes were so fixed that they ignored the minorities and many issues that came to arise in America. The Age of Jackson would transcribe into the Age of Reform as the people wanted changes for the better. People did all they could to perfect their society, and did make some improvements. It was indeed, the Age of the Common Man.
