I hope the facts I have presented will convince you that Leadership, not training is to blame for the atrocities committed at the prison. Ironically, President Eisenhower best summarized these hainess actions in 1958 with his quote "Any man who seeks to deny equality among all his brothers betrays the spirit of the free and invites the mockery of the tyrant."
