Martial arts, specifically boxing can be a very complex sport. In American
Boxing there is only one way to score, and that is to strike your opponent with the front
side of your boxing glove. This is called a punch. Punches can be broken down into two
categories. Straight punches which usually are speedier, and wide angle punches which
generally have more power.
