For instance, if your home is infested with termites and you replace some of the woodworking without exterminating the bugs, then your going to have the same problem again. The problem must be attacked at the root. Until the United States takes military action against Great Britain or, better yet, is able to talk things through with them, England is going to be the source many more conflicts in the future.
