Although originally I had difficulty tying "The Wall" to education, after further analysis, I discovered there were many symbolic similarities after all. "The Wall" is a devastating story about the feeling of helplessness, and the struggle to freedom. Students are bound to feel overwhelmed and helpless at times, however unlike the Doctor in the text, a teacher should be there to provide guidance and encouragement.
