Pennsylvania wants to pay 300 dollars toward funeral expenses for the donor's family. They are hoping that paying people will bring in more organs. And it should be drawn right where it was stated in the article: give money for the families of the deceased; the state should pay them. As to the amount to pay, I say 10% of total funeral cost. Also, never put a price on a living person's organ. As soon as we do, the whole program will be ruined, as we know it.
