Whether the Nazis totally changed the lives of women in Germany during this period or not I think, is dependant on the individual woman, and how much she believed in the truthfulness and seriousness of the policies. Whichever way the revolution is to be believed, the Nazi regime definitely had a significant impact on the lives of women in some way for the period of time that they were in power.
