Treaty of Versailles
Treaty of Versailles was a peace treaty signed at the end of World War 1 between Germany and the Allies. It was negotiated at the Paris Peace Conference held in Versailles, which started on the 18th of January 1919. The countries represented were; the United States, Great Britain, France, and Italy. Germany was excluded from the meeting. The treaty was signed on June 28, 1919 at the Palace of Versailles near Paris. The United States did

it was a just peace as it kept Germany weak yet strong enough to stop the spread of communism; kept the French border with Germany safe from another German attack and created the organisation, the League of Nations, which would end the chance of war throughout the world.
