On the 27 of febuary 1927, the German parlement (Reichstag) burned down, this essay is to help people decide
for themselves who did it as historians cannot decide who did it for us.
One account says that Goering and Goebbels, with the approval of Hitler, looking to smash the Communist Party, set

SA men. When the head of the SA was asked if his Storm Troopers were responsible for
the fire answered "If I said Yes, I'd be a bloody fool, if I said no I'd be a bloody liar."
The SA clearly had access to incendiary materials as they made a habit of setting fire to election displays of rival
political groups. It makes sense but there is no proof that ties the SA to Lubbe.
