We should certainly go to war with Iraq if the Iraqi government and its ruler Saddam Hussein think that they have a shot at conquering the U.S. and intend to try, but if terrorism is the problem to be solved, it's a whole different matter. In that case, making war on Iraq and other nations may be the worst possible plan, because it is only likely to make the problem worse.
